Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product, less shipping and handling costs. Please contact us for authorization and return instructions. Returns will be accepted within 14 days and the refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping charges.

Damages

Susie’s Country Crafts is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse or mistreatment of items. Items that are reported damaged during shipping within 10 days of receipt will be either replaced or refunded. The damaged items will have to be returned to us before a replacement can be issued.

Shipping

Items will normally be shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders will usually be shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery of items will vary depending on shipping method and your UPS Zone (usually 5-10 business days from the day that the order is picked up). Out of stock items will be shipped immediately upon completion. Orders that may take longer in shipping would include orders placed during the holiday seasons, large orders, custom orders, and special orders. We will contact you if your items are going to be delayed.
